Our six various floor plan selections each utilize an open, stylish concept. Our assisted living residents enjoy three specific selections, while our SHINE Memory Care residents have three choices of their own.

• The Antigua model: This model measures 525 square feet and has one bathroom and one bedroom. It features a separate/enclosed bedroom with plenty of closet space and a sizable living area.
• The St. Croix model: This is a 300 square foot, one-bathroom suite. It offers a cozy living area directly across from the open concept bedroom and has plenty of closet space.
